To check on the progress of your order, please call 0208 502 8236 quoting your order reference number. Our lines are open from 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
You may also email us by quoting your order reference number on ecommerce@clintoncards.co.uk
Delivery
Please note all experiences and Baby Clothes will be sent via Standard delivery, which is usually dispatched within 48 hours of the order being processed. Gift Cards are only available via Standard delivery, charged at £2.75 (tracked service) and will be dispatched separately from other items bought.
All personalised gifts and stationery will normally be dispatched within 48 hours and delivered within 10 days depending on items bought.
Next Day Delivery
Next day orders need to be placed before 12pm midday. Next day orders placed after this time will be available for delivery a day later. There are no Sunday deliveries. Next day refers to UK addresses only.
The following items are not currently available on a next day delivery service and will be dispatched separately: Experiences, Personalised Gifts, Personalised Baby Clothes, Moonpig Cards, Personalised Wedding and Christmas stationery.
Flowers can be delivered next day but will be dispatched separately. See terms and conditions for Flowers.

Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with the products you have received from Clinton Cards, then we will be happy to refund or exchange any purchase, subject to the adherence of the following conditions:
- Returns should be made within 28 days and in the original packaging
- The product has not been damaged and is in a re-saleable condition
If this is not the case then we reserve the right to withhold any claim for a refund. This policy excludes Gift Card purchases.
To return an item, please send it to us at the following address, quoting your order reference number and reason for returning/claiming a refund.

However, in the case of Personalised Cards and Plush, because all orders are personalised with individual details, refunds and exchanges will only be made it the product is faulty or does not meet the specifications of the order.

From time to time, Clinton Cards may issue promotional codes and vouchers for use on our website. To redeem these offers, please enter the relevant code when checking out your order. Each code is bound by the specific terms and conditions (including duration of offer) that are issued with it.
The promotional codes that we issue are only for use on our website, and not in our stores, unless specifically stated otherwise.

Shopping with Clinton Cards is safe and secure.
We understand that when shopping online your credit card and financial security are of paramount importance. We take your security very seriously, which is why we have chosen to use online credit card processing facilities provided by WorldPay.
Our WorldPay facilities are fully secure and use a range of industry standard and WorldPay unique security and fraud prevention systems. WorldPay systems are regularly inspected by the major banks to ensure that system integrity and network security are maintained to the highest standards.
The WorldPay processing centre is securely linked to many processing banks worldwide, who handle the credit card authorisations online and process the transactions in real time. The WorldPay servers are certified by Thawte, a public certificate authority. Thawte will only issue Digital Certificates to those servers which meet stringent security requirements.
